It needs no saying that this winter has been a doozy. Now that we have gotten all this snow, it's gotta go somewhere. On the flipside, NH is no stranger to floods. Federal, State and Local authorities are well underway to planning for the possibility of floods this spring. More locally, the Hooksett Fire Rescue Deprartment and the Hooksett Office of Emergency Management are well underway in planning such a disaster in Hooksett.
